How do I place an order?
Pop over to the Online Menu page, select items you wish to order with preferred variations, then simply checkout. It should be "simple" however, on occasions technology gets the better of us and lets us down; should this happen, please contact us by email or phone.
Am I able to collect or is it delivery only?
Pre-ordered collections are welcome either via online menu or telephone. Please note that:
1)Due to location, parking is not always readily available.
2)Security means the enterprise centre main gate is locked at certain times of the week and evenings.
3)Every cm of unit space is utilised for kitchen, food prep and storage. Standing/waiting area is not possible. Pre-ordered collections are welcome.
Will My Order Arrive at the Exact Delivery Time?
I prep, cook alone and therefore delivery times are approximate. Every effort is made to get you your food within your time slot hot. On occasions, there may be delays, if severe we will be in contact with you. During busy times, we may request a change if possible.
Why Can I Not Find a Delivery Slot?
As we don't use Delivery App companies, we are having to devise our own logistics to streamline deliveries. The aim is to ensure that food from kitchen arrives to the destination as efficiently as possible. Again if you can't find a delivery, please contact, we may be able to do this manually.
Early Orders, Pre-Ordering Welcome
I work alone in a very small kitchen unit, producing good quality homemade food. Early orders helps me prepare and organise in advance and eliminates food waste.
Just as we book a table at our favourite restaurants to avoid disappointments.
Do You Have Printed Menus?
We have printed menus, however, from time to time we add and subtract special offers and dishes to our menu. Please check online menu for updates.
Why are Your Prices Cheaper than Other Places?
1) I work alone and do not have to pay for help.
2)I don't have the overheads that occur with being on the high street.
3)I use induction cooking which is far more energy efficient without compromising on wok heat.
4) Savings allow me to purchase good quality British produce and set menu prices competitively.
Can Menu Ingredients be Adapted & Changed?
Yes, a Special Request box should appear as you place your order, you can let us know of changes/preferences.
How do I Inform You of Allergies?
Complete the Special Request box to let us know of allergies. Most of our dishes contain wheat, sesame, nuts, crustaceans and other allergens. Please let us know if you have allergies and we will do our very best to accommodate or suggest alternatives.
Why Does the Food Taste & Look Different?
We do not use food colourings, artificial additives, flavourings, and emulsifiers in our food. MSG flavour enhancer is used extensively in Chinese cuisine and although argued has no adverse effects, for some it causes headaches and makes food highly addictive. We hope you enjoy what we produce from our Smart Kitchen without the need for such flavour enhancers.
We acknowledge that our food may not suit everyone, but we uphold our principles and will not consider adding such ingredients to our food. Please consider this prior to ordering.
