Hello and a warm welcome to our first blog.
Hello, I'm Elaine, founder of My Smart Kitchen just over a year ago.
A simple concept creating a variety of freshly cooked, flavour-packed meals using quality, locally sourced ingredients, including meat from a Farm registered Pasture for Life.
I operate from a compact kitchen measuring 11x3 meters located in an Enterprise Centre. By hand-making food from scratch and employing various cooking methods, dishes often seen as a healthier alternative to the high street takeaway.
The online menu is frequently updated as well as occasionally introducing specials. It's always available for early and pre-orders which applies for deliveries and pick-ups. So you can browse, plan and order at your convenience.
By operating solo without help, hence the need to allocate 1 hour for food preparation and specific delivery intervals. Which are subjected to changes during very busy times.
This ensures that when your food is freshly prepared and delivered within your selected half-hour time slot.
If you choose to collect your order, you'll receive an email notification about the collection time, ensuring no long wait.
